ANDROID: fix up 131287ff ("once: add DO_ONCE_SLOW() for sleepable contexts")

In upstream commit 131287ff ("once: add DO_ONCE_SLOW() for sleepable
contexts"), we add a new api for the once code, but due to a previous
revert, we need to fix up the function call to __do_once_slow_done in
order to fix up the build.
