ARM: dts: msm: create sde-common device tree on lahaina target

Separate and maintain common SDE bindings in sde-common dt file(s). It
avoids unwanted duplications between VM variants of the SDE files. It
also helps developers with single-dt update for bindings applicable to
all the VM's for Lahaina target.

For easy maintenance, the recommendation would be to add any VM specific
bindings in VM DT files instead of adding them to common DT and use
"delete-property" operator to update the VM DT file.
