ARM: dts: msm: Disable SSPHY autosuspend for Gen3 Auto platforms 

Add "snps,dis_u3_susphy_quirk" property to disable the SSPHY
autosuspend on Gen3 Automotive platforms in order to allow
proper host mode system suspend and resume.
