Revert "net: usb: rtl8150: enable basic endpoint checking"

This reverts commit 431be4f7 which is
commit 90b7f2961798793275b4844348619b622f983907 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
