arm64: defconfig: Enable USB drivers for direwolf

Enable USB dwc3 core and glue drivers, XHCI host drivers, PHY
drivers, link and electrical testing drivers and configfs based
USB functions like diag and QDSS for direwolf GKI. Also enable
USBMON and ACM host drivers for direwold QGKI.
