drivers: thermal: qmi_sensors: Add MSM_SKIN_THERM qmi sensors

Add modem QPM sensors to QPM qmi sensors list. It enables
these qmi sensors to expose as thermal zones and apps can
able to monitor and mitigate for these sensors.
