FP4T-311 [FP4T] White balance changes after the display turns on

* Root Cause
  The color temperature repeat setting
* Solution
  Reduce unnecessary color temperature adjustment(kernel code)
* Test Steps
  1.Go to Settings > Display > Visual Enhancement
    Enable Video & Game enhancement
    Enter Color mode & temperature
  2.Choose Advanced, sRGB and move the color temp slider to Warm,
    Go back to the home screen
    Close all the apps
    Open YouTube
  3.Lock screen
    Unlock screen > Observe the color temperature
