ARM: dts: msm: update amoled fhd panel bit clk with 400Mhz

Change sets dsi bit clock to 400Mhz for amoled fhd resolution.
Panel is not working properly if clocks are lowered to 350mhz
with posted start feature. Backlight was not getting updated
and frames sent from host were not refreshed to the screen 
regularly.
