serial: 68328serial.c: remove dead (ALMA_ANS | DRAGONIXVZ | M68EZ328ADS)

(ALMA_ANS | DRAGONIXVZ | M68EZ328ADS) doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore
remove all references to it from the source code.
