defconfig: kona: Enable USB function drivers

This change enables below mentioned different USB function drivers.
1. USB NCM
2. USB MIDI
3. USB Accessory
4. USB Audio Source
5. UAC 2.0
6. USB CCID
7. USB GSI
8. USB CDEV
9. USB RNDIS.
