ARM: dts: msm: Add EUD device node for bengal

The EUD (Embedded USB Debugger) is a mini-USB hub implemented
on chip to support the USB-based debug and trace capabilities.
Add device tree node to support EUD on bengal based platforms.
Also add support for secure eud.
