defconfig: kona: enable CONFIG_IOMMU_DEBUGFS on kona 



Enable the CONFIG_IOMMU_DEBUGFS on kona which allows
exposure of IOMMU device internals. This option enables
the use of debugfs by IOMMU drivers as required.
