ARM: dts: msm: Add initial device trees for PMK8350, PMR735b and PM6150l

Add initial device trees for PMK8350 and PMR735b with base nodes
for revid, pon, gpio, rtc and temp alarm peripherals.
In addition, add a snapshot of PM6150l device tree. This snapshot is
taken as of msm-4.14 commit f6c5083 ("atlantic forwarding driver v1.0.30").
