fw-api: CL 17004158 - update fw common interface files

Update copyright header in htt_stats.h file.
Update copyright header in htt_stats.h file based on new guideance from LOST team that current ownership should be for Qualcomm Innovation Center , not Linux Foundation.Similar changes will be applied in other wlanfw_cmn .h files in a follow-up change.
