drm/edid: use drm_parse_hdmi_forum_vsdb to parse HF-VSDB CEA block

Replace the usage of parse_hdmi_hf_vsdb function with the upstream
function drm_parse_hdmi_forum_vsdb, so that there is no discrepancy
between the structures where the parsed information is stored.
