msm: kgsl: Print always on counters if fenced write timed out

This patch adds instrumentation to dump the always on
counters when write operation on fenced register gets
timed out. Also prints the value of GMU_AHB_FENCE_STATUS
register to see the drop count.
This will help to sync and analyze GMU traces with dmesg.
