ARM: dts: msm: Update pm8150 and pm8150a regulators for lito

Update the pm8150 and pm8150a stub regulators to their proper
configuration of vrm and arc regulators respectively. Also,
update the regulaotrs min/max voltage according to the lito
power grid.
