disp: Add display specific dt files and binding snapshot

Move sde, panel, msm dtsi and bindings files from
4.19 kernel device tree project to display techpack.
As of commit: 514cd500 (Merge "ARM: dts: msm:
correct the wb linewidth for saipan").
