defconfig: enable some memory configurations

Enable following memory configurations for 32-bit
bengal.

in arch/arm/Kconfig:
select IOMMU_DMA if IOMMU_SUPPORT.

defconfig:
CMA_DEBUG
IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_FAST
IOMMU_TLBSYNC_DEBUG
DEBUG_PANIC_ON_OOM
ION_POOL_AUTO_REFILL.

perf defconfig:
IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_FAST
ION_POOL_AUTO_REFILL.
