msm: camera: vfe: Multiple fixes in IFE Bus 2.0

This change adds a missing break statement that was causing
bus init to call both bus WR and RM init even though the
call was meant only for bus WM. This change also adds a log
change, corrects the number of outputs per VFE and line done
config register field.
