ARM: dts: msm: Add dtsi entries of QMP PHY and USB2PHY for LITO

This change adds dtsi node for QMP PHY and USB2PHY,
defines and updates pdc interrupt using interrupts-extended
property having pdc phandle, pdc output port and irq type.
