mhi: core: mark MHI interrupts as IRQF_NO_SUSPEND

Since we allow apps to suspend while device in active state, we
can receive completion data event during system suspend. MHI
interrupts needs to enable during system suspend, therefore mark
it as IRQF_NO_SUSPEND.
