ARM: dts: imx: drop unnecessary #address-cells/#size-cells 



It drops unnecessary #address-cells/#size-cells from <soc>.dtsi 'clocks'
node to fix DTC warning avoid_unnecessary_addr_size seen with W=1
switch.
