msm: vidc: do not update inst state for map failure

Currently for map failure inst->state updated to
MSM_VIDC_CORE_INVALID. So during flush driver issues
session_abort to firmware. So firmware asserts and
sends sys_error back. So added change to avoid
updating inst->state.
