ARM: dts: msm: Turn off UFS Vccq2 supply during system suspend

With UFS Vccq2 supply kept turned on during system suspend (which is
the recommendation from UFS vendors), observing UFS link startup issues
while resuming from RBSC scenaio.

So turn Vccq2 off during system suspend for timebeing.
