ARM: dts: msm: add CWB/LUTDMA VBIF remap setting for kona target

Add concurrent writeback and LUTDMA QoS VBIF remap and
VBIF clk-ctrl setting for kona target. As part of the change,
fix the WB clk-ctrl offset.
