MMC: defconfig: msm: Disable feature not supported in 4.19 driver

Disable confing which are not supported in 4.19 kernel mmc ported
driver. Ringbuffer is removed as driver adapted to IPC logging in
place of ringbuffer. Clock Gating is disabled as mmc runtime suspend
resume time is reduced to match clock gating time, hence clock
getting is not required. Perf Profiling is used for debugging
performance of driver.
