ARM: dts: msm: Enable USB SS mode for lito

QMP PHY's core-spply is connected to an external
regulator which is controlled by PMIC GPIO 12 on Lito.
This change adds support for eLDO13(external regulator)
to enable USB SS mode and changes regulator for HS PHY
as per power grid.
