ARM: dts: msm: update PCIe MSI GIC DB with GICA instead of GICD for kona

Current PCIe MSI GIC doorbell register is in GICD. This gives
PCIe clients access to GICD 4KB register space. To prevent any
potentional tampering of GIC IRQs, have PCIe MSI use GICA, a
dedicated space for PCIe MSI. GICA exposes only what is
necessary for PCIe to trigger a MSI.
