iommu/arm-smmu: fix build error with av8l_fast_clear_stale_ptes

Fix build error with CONFIG_IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_FAST_SELFTEST enabled. Pass
correct argument for av8l_fast_clear_stale_ptes.
