ARM: dts: msm: Enable FVSS, TCSS, BASS for lito

Enable Filtered-voltage based SOC scaling (FVSS),
termination-current based SOC scaling (TCSS) and
battery-SOC based monotonic SOC scaling (BASS)
for lito.
