power: smb5: Enable uUSB moisture detection support for PMI632

Enable micro USB moisture detection support for PMI632 subtype. Also,
TYPEC_U_USB_WATER_PROTECTION_CFG register address differs on PMI632
in comparison to PM6150/PM8150b and TYPE_C_SKU_MICRO_USB_MODE register
is defined for only PMI632. Add logic to support both PMI632 and PM6150
register address space.
