ARM: dts: msm: increase Titan top gdsc timeout 

Increase the titan_top_gdsc timeout to 500 us.
The gdsc driver polls on the PWR_ON bit for gdsc enable
status, so gdsc driver will continue as soon as gdsc gets
enabled and will not wait the complete 500 us.
