ARM: dts: msm: add FCC stepper parameters for lito MTP/QRD 

Configure FCC stepper rate to 100mA/100msec, configure SMB1390
min. ILIM to 750mA and enable charger current compensation for
HVDCP3 with SMB1390 configuration.
