ARM: dts: msm: Set higher priority for lpi tlmm ssr notification in lito

Add lpi tlmm node before bolero codec node in ssr devices,
so that ssr notification reaches lpi tlmm before bolero
codec to resolve lpi gpio read/write issues happening
from pm runtime calls of bolero in lito target.
