clk: qcom: bengal: Add ufs clkref clock for GCC

The ref clock is required by UFS client, thus add the clock and also
update the clock source name to GPUCC. The GPLL0 source connected to
GPUCC is gpll0_early and not gpll0_out_main. Thus update the same.
