ARM: dts: msm: Increase offlinable memory region for kona target

Increase the offlinable memory region based on different DDR sizes:
	- For 5-7GB DDR 	: 2GB offlinable region
	- For 7-11GB DDR	: 3GB offlinable region
	- For 11GB DDR and above: 5GB offlinable region
