clk: qcom: bengal: Add support for gcc_disp_gpll0_clk_src

Add the support for gcc_disp_gpll0_clk_src clock and update
parent map for the few clocks. Add the new USB PHY BCRs for USB3 block
resets.
Supported frequency levels for gcc_video_venus_clk_src require
to be updated, so update the same.
