Test environment

Make a test build with the following parameters:

• DEVICES: FP3
• BRANCH_NAME: v1-q
• FEATURE_BRANCH: 3829-q-ramoops

Test procedures

• Install the build
• Reboot into Android
• Reboot back to recovery
• Enable ADB
• adb pull /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops-0
• Observe the ramoops log
