prima: Wi-Fi direct is not working when SAP is turned on

Currently while changing interface, if interface type is AP
and p2p adapter present, driver removes p2p interface which
cause Wi-Fi direct to disable.

To address this issue, don't remove p2p interface while changing
interface.
