wlan: Update Tx channel width based on channel bonding

Current  implementation is setting Tx channel width to 0
if both gChannelBondingMode24GHz and gChannelBondingMode5GHz
are set to 1.

Use logical OR operator to make sure that Tx channel width is
set to 1 if any of the channel bonding mode is enabled.
