defconfig: sdm845: disable wil_driver

wil driver module dependents on msm_11ad driver.
msm_11ad driver depends on PCI_MSM which is disabled by default.
This patch disables wil6210 module to allow msm_11ad code
propagation before PCI_MSM is enabled.
