Revert "module: delay kobject uevent until after module init call"

This reverts commit c5891b73.

The original patch causes changed timings during module init and sometimes
breaks wifi init. At this time, the wlan firmware path is not yet
created which further causes the WiFi HAL to fail.

Reverting this patch fixes the behavior.

Test: run vts -m VtsHalWifiSupplicantV1_0TargetTest
