ARM: dts: msm: Update Superspeed PHY init sequence for SDXPOORWILLS

Update Superspeed PHY init sequence according to
the Hardware Programming recommendation.
The new sequence fixes the U1 exit failure by the
device. So, enable the U1 and U2 feature in Superspeed
mode.
