drm/msm/dp: Enable YUV422/YUV420 format

Select YUV422/YUV420 format as desired output for
current resolution if supported.
Chooses best resolution as per below priority order
	1. RGB + DC
	2. YUV422 + DC
	3. YUV420 + DC
	4. RGB
	5. YUV420
