msm: ADSPRPC: Support to set FastRPC session ID

FastRPC session is an execution environment on remote
DSP processor. Each CPU process is allowed to create
two FastRPC sessions per remote DSP processor.
First session is default session with ID 0.
Add a FastRPC mode to set session ID 1 for second session.
Process and thread IDs are updated by adding session ID for
sending to remote processor.
