drm/msm/dsi-staging: Add support for 3.75:1 compression

The compression ratio is controlled by the bits-per-component
and bits-per-pixel parameters in the panel device tree. This
change adds support  for 3.75:1 compression ration in the DSC
that is selected by setting bits-per-component to 10 and
bits-per-pixel to 8.
