ARM: dts: msm: Initial DT changes for apq8009 target

Add DT changes for apq8009 mtp WCD9326 target with (pm8916) PMIC
support with uart support. Camera, sensors, usb and other dt nodes
will be enabled in next upgrade.

Initial snapshot of apq8009 device tree is taken from msm-3.18
kernel version @ commit 3629042ab0961b ("ARM: dts: msm: Add USB ID
GPIO for APQ8009")
