ARM: dts: msm: Override firmware android fstab node for apq8053 lite

Since system is mounted as root partition by kernel itself,
an early mount of system is not required. So, delete system
from fstab node by overriding. Also, override vendor's
fsmgr_flags and add avb to match it with that in device fstab
file.
Also, add vbmeta parts entries for all partitions with avb
