ARM: dts: msm: Move USB GSI event buffer configuration for msmskunk 



This change moves USB GSI event buffer related configuration entry
from dwc3 device node to dwc3-msm device node and rename as QCOM
specific configuration. USB GSI is SOC specific functionality.
